Delivery

All items are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working day of your order being placed unless otherwise stated on the product description.

Delivery Costs
Delivery cost are calculated on weight of the order. For orders below 20kgs we use Royal Mail 48 hour tracking

0 – 2kg – £4.99

2 – 10kg- £8.99

10 – 20 kg – £12.99

+20kg – For orders above 20kg we ask that you contact us to discuss Courier options in an effort to keep postage costs to a minimum.

Please note that we do not accept responsible for any tax charged to you at your delivery address.

Free Collection

If you are local to us or passing through we welcome collection from our shop, please contact us to arrange a time (we maybe at sea rather than in the shop).

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your order, please see our return/refund policies below.

For unwanted items:

We accept unwanted items return within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in an unused, undamaged state. The cost for these returns are at your own cost and only the item cost will be returned (delivery costs are not refundable).

Faulty or Damage Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item on delivery, please contact within 7 days of delivery to discuss how to return the item (we can arrange collection or refund return costs). We may ask for evidence of damage prior to return.

Custom-Made Products or Special Orders

Custom-made, personalized products or special order are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged. As these products are made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds

When the return is received and we have confirmed it is in it’s original condition we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
